Privacy and text messages

What we collect

When you check in or join our line, we ask for your name, your car's plate and details, and a mobile number or email. We use them to inspect and work on your car and to keep you updated about your visit. We keep inspection records as Massachusetts requires.

Text messages

If you agree when you check in or join the line, Aris Auto texts you about your visit: your place in line, your inspection result, any repair we'd need your OK for, when your car is ready, and your receipt. We don't send marketing texts. Our texts come from (617) 941-9704.

How many texts you get depends on your visit, usually 2 to 6. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to stop texts at any time, or HELP for help. You can also call us at (617) 776-9247.

We don't sell or share your mobile number or text-message consent with anyone for their marketing. We only share what's needed to send the texts (through our texting provider) and what the state inspection program requires.
